Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement — only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

⚠️ Important:
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement request.
Requests without an unboxing video will be considered invalid.


Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • You may choose a different product as a replacement:

    • If the new product value is higher, you need to pay the difference.

    • If the value is lower, the balance will be issued as a gift card.


Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must have original tags intact

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once verified, our team will process the replacement.

If your request is approved:

  • We will share return instructions

  • A return shipping label may be provided (if applicable)

❌ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility (Rejected Shipments)

  • If an order is rejected or cancelled after dispatch,
    the customer will bear logistics charges.

  • Customers must inspect the order at delivery.
    Any issue must be reported within 48 hours.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials


Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds unless required under specific circumstances (e.g., replacement unavailable).

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 4–7 working days

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
