7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

⚠️ Important

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement request.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video will be considered invalid.


Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

You may also choose a different product as a replacement:

  • If the new product's value is higher, you will need to pay the price difference.

  • If the new product's value is lower, the remaining balance will be issued as a gift card.


Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Original tags must be intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Valid proof of purchase is required.


How to Request a Replacement

Please provide:

  • Clear images and/or videos showing the issue.

  • Unboxing video (mandatory).

Once the request is verified, our team will process the replacement.


Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If your replacement request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions.

  • A return shipping label may be provided, where applicable.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility (Rejected Shipments)

If an order is rejected or cancelled after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for all applicable logistics and shipping charges.

Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials


Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds unless required under specific circumstances, such as when a replacement cannot be provided.

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • The Company reserves the right to deduct up to 20–25% of the total order value to cover shipping, handling, payment gateway, packaging, and other processing costs, wherever applicable. The deduction amount shall be determined at the Company's sole discretion based on the nature of the order and associated costs.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Refunds for eligible cancelled orders are processed within 4–7 working days.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
